Here at London Base we really care about people, and our company values truly reflect this. What started out as a ‘one-man-band’ in property management has grown into a small and dedicated team. Being a small team enables us to offer a bespoke and professional service, as well as give you 100% of our attention. We are not a large and faceless corporation, so when you deal with us you will certainly be communicating with the same team member(s).

Meet Van, our founder and the passionate creator of London Base. Van is very much involved in the day-to-day runnings of this company, and his very hands-on approach means that he will sometimes be the one to personally answer your message or return your call! Van loves architecture and design, good food and happy guests!

Meet Mariusz, our multi-tasking and very talented Operations Manager. His ability to wear many different hats within the company means that you will most likely have the pleasure of dealing with him at some point, whether you’re a property owner, property rental platform or guest! Mariusz’s hobbies are photography and playing electric guitars.

Meet Rhoda the team member responsible for communication between the company and the public. Pretty much everything that you read, from house manuals to property listings (and even what you are reading now!), has either been written by, or been given Rhoda’s “London Base Stamp of Approval”. Rhoda enjoys spending time with her husband and two young children, going to the theatre and reading novels and plays.

Meet Olena, the wonderful head of our cleaning department. Our fabulous 5 star guest ratings for cleaning is all thanks to Olena and her team of dedicated house keepers. You’ll have the pleasure of interacting with Olena if you ever request for extra housekeeping during your stay, or during the occasional in-person check-in that she helps out with. Olena likes to spend her weekends with her family and likes to read interesting books in her spare time.
